Refund & Cancellation Policy

6. Refund Processing

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible:
    • The item must be unused and in original condition
    • The item must be in original packaging
    • Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange
  • Returns or exchanges are only applicable for:
    • Defective products
    • Damaged items
